OVERSCAN Tool [BLENDER]

Quick and Dirty Overscan tool. Allows you to set your Overscan size by Percentage, Specific Resolution, or Extra Pixels.

It's a little buggy since I'm not a coder by any means and I needed it for compositing within Nuke.
